Pete Arroyo has worked as a strength and physical preparation coach since 2002. He has helped enhance the development and preparation of youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.
LSS athletes boast state and All-American level careers in swimming, water polo, and wrestling, collegiate all-conference performers in football, as well as powerlifting record holders at the national and world level.
Pete competed in the sport of powerlifting from 2003-2012 winning 3 state championships in the 242 lb. and 275 lb. weight class, a junior national championship in 2007, Elite totals on 3 occasions, and a best total of 2210.
